I really enjoyed working with this client. This was a home she and her late husband built to their specifications and enjoyed thoroughly for nearly 30 years! Great home in great condition, maybe a little dated, though kept up to the T.
She did not have a place to go and I told her before we list it we need to come up with a plan for where you are going which she greatly respected as she interviewed other agents who just were focused on selling the home first..
We found her a place in Columbia SC near her family that she is enjoying and were able to command $75k over the asking price of $1,200,000 due to the marketing and offers we received.
