This was a fun one! I have been working with this awesome couple since the Summer. They were getting their home ready for market in NC and once sold would be able to jump on a home here in Charleston. They were looking for a home with a ton of quality, privacy and in an area close to parents. We saw homes in various neighborhoods and areas and just never really found one that "hit home" so to speak.
Flash forward to a Friday morning I see this home hit the market, in an neighborhood that maybe sees 2-3 sales in a year. We are the first ones in the home, spend 30 minutes there, mind you the sellers are there, and my clients decide to move on it because of how quick most homes are/were going.
I stood in the driveway for maybe another hour negotiating with the seller before anyone else could come in. We came to terms that worked for everyone and went through the process smoothly for all parties. Grateful for their trust and super happy for their new home!
